毎月折り返し時にはスタッフ全員で中間報告会を開催します。
サロンの健康診断です。
各担当ごとに現状を発表します。
ポイントは「良しも悪しも自分であれ」です。
数字はもちろん最も大切な要素の一つですが。
期待するのは個々の動き、発言、モチベーションが少しでも変化してサロンにいい風を吹かせる事です。
以前は月初めにミーティングをして月末を迎える繰り返しでした。
月末には頭から目的を忘れ日々仕事をしていました。
思いついたのは。
前半と後半に分けてハーフタイムを創る！
だからサッカーも面白い......最高をキープさせる方法。
後半は風も変わり流れも変わる、流れを手に入れるのはいつの時代も一人の選手の思った以上のワンプレーからです。.

My coder is trying to convince me to move to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the costs. But he's tryiong none the less. I've been using Movable-type on a variety of websites for about a year and am worried about switching to another platform. I have heard excellent things about blogengine.net. Is there a way I can import all my wordpress posts into it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
